## Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about Shadow — the meeting assistant that sees everything and interrupts nothing.

### What is Shadow?
Shadow is a bot-free AI meeting assistant that automatically records, transcribes, and summarizes your meetings — without ever joining as a visible participant. It runs quietly on your Mac, capturing both what's said and what's shown on screen, then delivers a clean summary, action items, and a draft follow-up email the moment your meeting ends.
